At Beauty Exchange Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your beauty products, you may return unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a copy of your packing slip or RA confirmation.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send your package back to our distribution center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
